My fiancé and I had contracted Orton to build our dream home and it has been a fantastic experience. Of course building during a pandemic with extreme supply issues had prolonged the experience but Orton was great working with the entire way. I have two other friends going through the house building process concurrently and their experiences make me wish that I could give Orton a 6th star. The interior design process was fantastic as they catered to our needs. We easily started with a couple core concepts we liked and they helped build the selections around them. The site manager during the build process was great to work with as well. Very open communication on any issues/concerns which were then addressed. It really helped us feel like we could trust the team which in turn gave us comfort during the build process. If the warranty process is anything like the selection/build process then I'm sure we'll still be giving them 5 stars! Thanks Orton for giving us our dream home!
